- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must have completed at least the 7th grade with proof or have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must schedule an appointment with Administrative Services to register.
- Must present a valid picture I.D. at registration.
- Must pay a non-refundable enrollment fee of $100.00 at registration.
