Kevin Lane

Mr. Lane is the owner and Senior Instructor at OG’s School of Hair Design. He is a retired military veteran and has over 30 years of experience in the barbering and beauty industry. Mr. Lane is licensed barber, cosmetologist and instructor by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Ollie Weaver

Mr. Weaver, one of the previous founders of OG’s School of Hair Design, is an instructor at OG’s School of Hair Design where he continues to share over 56 years of barbering experience with the students. He attended Austin Barber College at age 17, and started barbering at Fort Hood in Texas in 1958. Mr. Weaver worked on Fort Hood for 46 years, and was able to secure the concession, which was for 17 barbershops a total of 66 barbers.

Anita Reagan

Ms. Reagan is the Administrative Assistant for OG’s School of Hair Design. Her duties consist of briefing and processing new students, handling financial reports, certifying veterans, receiving visitors, scheduling meeting, preparing statistical reports and correspondences.

Ms. Reagan retired in 2005 from the Directorate of Information Management at Fort Hood in Texas. During her 32 years as a civil service employee, she held the positions of Financial Systems Analyst and Information Technology Specialist.

Reba Flakes

Mrs. Reba Flakes is OG’s School of Hair Design (OG’s) Administrator and Veterans Representative. She oversees special projects, and has been with OG’s for 13 years. In addition, she has represented OG’s School of Hair Design by attending and receiving certifications from the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Science (NACCAS), First Advisor & Associates, and the council of Occupational Education (COE). She is a Veterans Certifying Official and Notary Public for the State of Texas

Mrs. Flakes retired from the U.S. Army in 1995 after serving 21 years of active service.
